At My Time Wellness, we recognize the importance of providing quality childcare and are proud to present our experienced and enthusiastic staff team. Our passionate team provide a nurturing and supportive environment with a flexible, professional service that meets the needs of parents and families.
Alex
As one of the two founders of My Time Wellness, Alex has helped transform a unique idea into a high quality service. Alex worked tremendously hard throughout the pandemic to overcome all obstacles and open My Time Creche! She loves working with and being with children and has an Early Years Educator Level 3 qualification. In addition, Alex has achieved a BA Degree in Business Innovation, Masters in Business Management and Designated Safeguard Qualification.
Natasha
As a co-founder of My Time, Natasha has extensive experience of the childcare business and established another childcare setting 'Early Inspirations Nursery' independently in 2011. Natasha has had various roles within childcare and education and has achieved B Ed in Primary Education with qualified teacher status, Early Years Professional Status and a Honours Diploma in Business Management. Natasha has over 25 years of experience working with children and families and has had various roles within the education and childcare sector.
Lillia
Lillia is the newest member of our amazing team, joining us in September 2024. With a history as a childrens dance teacher, Lillia is expanding her childcare experience by completing her Level 2 in childcare. So far the highlight of Lillias journey has been supporting childrens development through educational play!
Exauce
Exauce began working with My Time Creche in May 2023 as a part of the After School club team. Exauce loves working with children, she has experience with party planning. Exauce is currently studying BSC psychology and Philosophy in university and loves exploring her creative skills whilst with the Afterschool Children!

Lillia began working with My Time Creche in 2024. With a history as a childrens dance teacher, Lillia is expanding her childcare experience by completing her Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification. So far the highlight of Lillia's journey has been supporting children's development through educational play.

Raminder
Raminder started working At My Time Creche in 2023. Raminder has completed her level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification and has lots of experience working in primary and secondary schools. Raminder enjoys creating engaging educational activities.
Skye
Skye has been a part of our Afterschool Club Team since 2022, helping our older children have lots of fun during their afternoon sessions at My Time. The children love participating in Skye's fun activities, especially her active dance and singing activities! Skye is extremely creative and loves to bring out everyone's fun and energetic side.
Marta
Marta is currently completing her Level 3 in Early Years. Marta loves creating fun activities, particularly activities that center around language and communication development. Marta's nurturing and caring nature allows children to gravitate towards her, helping them with settling and transitions. Marta's favourite part about working with children is watching their personalities grow and develop.
Roy
Roy is our very own Bob the Builder. You may see Roy around the setting, Roy is here to help us with all the little jobs which keep us all safe! Such as gardening, painting and much more.
